In December 2022 we announced our membership of the UN SDG Publishers Compact, and in May 2023 we announced about the new ‘EDP Sciences: UN SDGs research collection’ on ScienceOpen. Several EDP Sciences journals have already pledged their commitment to the SDGs including EPJ Photovoltaics.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Dr. Jean-Louis Lazzari as co-Editor-in-Chief of EPJ Photovoltaics (EPJ PV) alongside Professor Pere Roca i Cabarrocas.
For many years, EPJ PV has been co-edited by Professor Pere Roca i Cabarrocas and Dr. Daniel Lincot both of whom are well-known experts in the field of photovoltaic solar energy conversion. Having given many years of excellent service to the journal as co-Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Lincot has decided the time is right for him to become an Honorary Editor-in-Chief. He remains very close to EPJ PV and will play an important advisory role.
