Annual energy yield of 2T mono-facial tandem module based on poly-SiOx bottom cell as function of top cell perovskite absorber bandgap and thickness. Shift in optimum bandgap is seen for increasing thickness of perovskite. The simulations have been carried out in Rome as location at an optimum tilt of 27°.
