Annual energy yield (orange bars) and specific energy yield (green bars) of 4T tandem modules based on SHJ and poly-SiO_x bottom cells in (a) Reykjavik, (b) Rome and (c) Alice Springs. Optimized tilt, given in Table 3, are used in the simulations. The perovskite is absorber is 700-nm thick and its bandgap is 1.68 eV.
