Impact of passivation anneal on asymmetric lifetime precursors with LPCVD polysilicon layer and Al2O3/SiNx antireflection coating (ARC). The passivation quality has been determined after PECVD surface passivation, after an additional tube furnace anneal, as well as after firing. The inset shows a schematic cross section of the samples.
