4T tandem solar cell efficiency for different thicknesses of top and bottom cells considering trap-assisted recombination losses. The top and bottom cell bandgaps are fixed at 1.55 eV and 1.0 eV, respectively. Traps are considered in the interface buffers and the bulk perovskite film of both the subcells.
