J-V characteristics under 1 sun illumination of n-doped CH₃NH₃PbI₃ based HTM-free PSCs with (dash line) and without (dash dot line) interfacial layer (IF) The τ and μ of n-doped CH₃NH₃PbI₃ are equals to 80 ns and 0.2 cm²/Vs, respectively. And p-type CH₃NH₃PbI₃ is pictured by dot line as example with τ of 18 ns and μ of 0.2 cm²/Vs.
