a) IV-curves taken at 1300W/m² and from 1000W/m² to dark-IV in 100W/m² steps of Al-BSF multi-crystalline cell from Figure 3. b) same IV-curves but always moved by Isc of correlated intensity. Reverse breakdown occurs at around −14V as expected for that solar cell type. A slight irradiance dependence is visible at voltages lower than −5V.
