The idea of the experiments performed in this work: the use of the laser of different wavelengths allows to induce SPV effect in different regions of the sample. Based on PL/absorbance results showed on the graph, the 980 nm illumination is not absorbed by PVK layer but only by c-Si below and on the other hand the 488 nm laser is absorbed mostly at the perovskite surface.
