Schematic illustration of the deposition system where target A is the glass-ceramic GC40–40–20 and target B is Sb₂Se₃:I. The set-up is equipped with an optical monitoring system by measuring the reflectance on substrate C, where the film is deposited. The distance between target and substrate is to 55 mm.
