Quantum efficiency of CIGSe/buffer/ZnO solar cells. All layers except the buffer were each grown in the same process. The buffer layers were deposited by ILGAR with two different precursors (ILGAR – InCl₃, ILGAR – In(acac)), by chemical bath deposition (CdS) or evaporation (PVD In₂S₃).
