Diode parameters by the proposed procedures for dark and illuminated curves of a typical Cu(In,Ga)Se2 solar cell. In addition the influence of a voltage-dependent and -independent (η = 1) photo current density is compared during the suns-Voc analysis. The standard deviation σ is always calculated by a numerical solution of equation (1).
